Blessings are Like Sunbeams

The gospel of Christ is the highest blessing to give and the greatest blessing to receive.

All other blessings are like sunbeams compared to the enormity of the sun, waves compared to the vast ocean, rocks compared to the mighty mountain, leaves compared to the tallest tree.

When you carry the gospel to others, you bring the glory of God to their deepest darkness, the river of His delights to their desert places, the power of His might to their inner weakness, the tree of life to the barren places of their heart. Roy Lessin
